摘  要:融媒体赋能医学院校德育工作,将有助于拓展德育空间、提升德育合力、增强德育实效。针对目前医学院校德育工作存在的信息碎片化、需求个性化、师资薄弱化、评价单一化的状况,从融合德育平台资源、优化德育内容供给、充实德育队伍力量、强化德育多元评价等方面,优化医学院校德育工作路径,推动医学院校德育工作高质量发展,以培养更多德才兼备的新时代高质量医学人才。The integration of media in medical colleges will empower moral education and facilitate the expansion of the moral education space,enhance the synergy among different aspects of moral education,and improve its effectiveness.Considering the current challenges faced by moral education in medical colleges and universities,such as fragmented information,personalized needs,weak faculty,and limited evaluation methods,this study aims to optimize the path of moral education in medical colleges and universities,including integrating resources on a moral education platform,enhancing the supply of moral education content,strengthening the capacity of the moral education team,and implementing multiple evaluation methods for assessing students'ethical development.These efforts aim to promote high-quality development of moral education in medical colleges and universities with an ultimate goal to cultivate competent healthcare professionals with both skills and ethical integrity in this new era.
