人脸识别技术在视频侦查中的应用探索

摘　　要：随着算法、数据等智能化技术的迭代更新,以人工智能为依托的人脸识别技术为推动刑事案件侦破、打击违法犯罪提供了有力支撑。人脸识别技术在实践中存在身份识别准确度不够、追逃抓捕效率较低等问题。基于此,为提高人脸识别技术在视频侦查中的适用效率,可从锁定调查访问对象等传统侦查措施和守候监视等外线侦查措施结合等角度切入,以增强侦查机关应用新技术打击违法犯罪的信心,继而推动侦查手段创新发展,提升打击治理犯罪质效。With the iterative updates of algorithms,data,and other intelligent technologies,face recognition technology based on artificial intelligence has provided strong support for promoting the detection of criminal cases and combating crimes.In practice,face recognition technology has problems such as insufficient accuracy of identity recognition in multi-traffic places and low efficiency of fugitive arrests.Therefore,in order to improve the applicability of face recognition technology in video investigation,it can be combined with traditional investigation measures such as identifying investigation objects and external investigation measures such as watch and surveillance,so as to enhance the confidence of the investigating authorities in applying new technologies to combat crimes,and then promote the innovation and development of investigation measures and improve the quality and efficiency of combating and managing crimes.
