人工智能时代:公安院校人才培养的现实与因应

摘　　要：当前,人工智能的建设与发展如火如荼,既给警务工作带来了机遇也带来了挑战。公安院校人才培养的理念、手段、方法都难以回应新问题新挑战,主要表现为面对职业替代,缺乏淘汰意识;面对职业转型,缺乏竞争能力;面对职业空缺,缺乏适应技能。对此,应准确把握时代脉搏、顺应发展浪潮,从以下三个方面着力破解教育之困。第一,重新厘清人才培养目标的起点与终点,打破僵化的稳定思维,唤醒生存力;第二,回应数字中国建设与全民数字素养,强化数智意识,提升竞争力;第三,以课程结构、教学模式、课时分配为抓手,以立足当下、适度超前为原则,逐步优化课程设置,加强应用力。面对新时代之变,公安高等教育应始终砥砺前行,为扎实稳健推进中国式现代化贡献公安力量。At present,the construction and development of artificial intelligence is in full swing,bringing both opportunities and challenges to policing work.The concepts,means and methods of talent cultivation in police colleges are hard to respond to new problems and challenges which are mainly manifested in the following three aspects:lacking elimination awareness while facing occupational substitution;lacking competitiveness while facing occupational transformation;and lacking adaptive skills while facing occupational va-cancies.In this regard,we should accurately grasp the pulse of the times and respond to the development wave to crack the educational difficulties.Firstly,to clarify the starting point and ending point of talent cultivation objectives,and to break the rigid and stable thinking to awaken the survival power;secondly,by responding to the digital China construction of and the digital literacy of the whole popu-lation,to strengthen the awareness of data intelligence so as to enhance the competitiveness;thirdly,by taking advantages of the curriculum structure,the teaching mode,and the allocation of class time,and taking the principle of going forward moderately based on the present time,to gradually optimize the curriculum,so as to enhance the application power.In the face of the changes in the new era,public security higher education should always move forward and make contributions to the solid and steady advancement of Chinesestyle modernization.
