摘 要:为了解决金厂河多金属矿充填料浆固结速度慢、充填体强度偏低及水泥单耗高等技术难题,通过测试矿山周边多源固废的物化性能,设计了新型胶凝材料成分的正交试验,获得了新型胶凝材料最优配方,即矿粉∶石膏∶石灰∶激发剂=81∶8∶8∶3(质量比)。基于扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和压汞仪(MIP)微观测试的耦合表征,揭示了新型胶凝材料充填体强度增长机理。在工业试验中,新型胶凝材料充填体原位取芯完整、胶结性好,养护龄期38d固结强度达到了3.89MPa,为水泥取芯充填体强度的2.78倍,在满足充填体强度设计要求的基础上,采场底部灰砂比可降低至1∶7,每立方米充填材料成本可降低28元。研究成果可为极细全尾砂新型胶凝材料研发提供参考。In order to solve the technical problems of slow consolidation speed,low backfill strength,and high cement consumption of backfill slurry in Jinchanghe polymetallic mine,an orthogonal experiment was designed for the composition of a new cementitious material by testing the physical and chemical properties of multi-source solid waste around the mine.The optimal formula of the new cementitious material was obtained,which was ground granulated blast furnace slag∶gypsum∶lime∶activator=81∶8∶8∶3.Based on the coupling characterization of scanning electron microscope(SEM)and midinfrared photothermal(MIP)microscopy tests,the strength growth mechanism of new cementitious material backfill was revealed.In industrial experiments,new cementitious material backfill had complete in-situ coring and good bonding properties.The consolidation strength of 38d curing age reached 3.89 MPa,which was 2.78 times of strength of the cement coring backfill.On the basis of the strength design requirements of backfill,the cement-sand ratio at the bottom of the stope could be reduced to 1∶7,and the cubic filling slurry could be reduced by 28 Chinese Yuan.The research results can provide reference for the development of new cementitious materials for ultra-fine unclassified tailings.
