小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合利巴韦林治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 分析对小儿疱疹性咽峡炎患儿实施利巴韦林、小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合治疗的效果和价值。方法 收集本院在2021年6月至2023年3月期间就诊的75例小儿疱疹性咽峡炎患儿的临床资料,使用电脑随机分组原则对75例患儿进行分组,其中参照组(37例)患儿实施利巴韦林治疗,治疗组(38例)患儿加用小儿豉翘清热颗粒干预,对比两组小儿的治疗效果。结果 治疗组患儿治疗后的症状缓解时间短于参照组患儿(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;治疗组干预后的白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、降钙素原低于参照组(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义;治疗组患儿的IgG、IgA、治疗优良率高于参照组患儿(P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。结论 儿科治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎中使用小儿豉翘清热颗粒联合利巴韦林治疗的效果十分显著,不仅能在短时间内缓解患儿的症状,还能纠正机体炎症状态,缩短患儿的病程时间,改善患儿预后。Objective To analyze the efficacy and value of the combination therapy of ribavirin and pediatric fever granules in children with herpangina.Methods The clinical data of 75 pediatric children with herpangina herpangina who were treated by pediatrics from June 2021 to March 2023 were collected,and 75 children were grouped using the principle of computer randomization,among which ribavirin-treated children in the reference group(37 cases)and Pediatric Heat Clearing Granules in the treatment group(38 cases)were added to compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results The time of symptom relief after treatment was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;the leukocyte count,C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the treatment group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05),and the excellent rates of IgG,IgA and treatment in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The use of pediatric herpangina granules combined with ribavirin has a significant effect,which can not only relieve the symptoms of children in a short time,but also correct the inflammatory state,shorten the course of the disease,and improve the prognosis.
