单孔电视胸腔镜手术与常规胸腔镜手术在非小细胞肺癌根治术中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的 探讨单孔电视胸腔镜手术在非小细胞肺癌根治术中的效果。方法 选取河南科技大学附属黄河三门峡医院2021年1月至2023年1月收治的100例非小细胞肺癌患者,分为对照组50例(常规胸腔镜手术),观察组50例(单孔电视胸腔镜手术),分组方法为随机数字表法。比较两组临床指标。结果 观察组引流管留置时间、住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后1d、2d、3d的疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察手术后组血清生长激素、PGE2、Cor水平低于对照组(P<0.05),各项临床症状评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 非小细胞肺癌根治术患者应用单孔电视胸腔镜手术对缩短住院时间、缓解临床症状、降低疼痛水平、减轻应激反应方面具有积极作用,更利于患者康复。Objective To investigate the effect of single orifice video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery in radical resection of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods A total of 100 patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted to Henan University of Science and Technology affiliated Yellow River Sanmenxia Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,there were 50 cases in the control group(conventional thoracoscopic surgery)and 50 cases in the observation group(single-hole video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery).The clinical indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The indwelling time of drainage tube and hospitalization time of observation group were shorter than those of control group(P<0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum growth hormone,PGE2 and Cor in the postoperative group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the scores of clinical symptoms were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of single hole video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery for patients undergoing radical resection of non-small cell lung cancer has positive effects on shorten hospital stay,relieving clinical symptoms,reducing pain level and alleviating stress response,and is more conducive to the rehabilitation of patients.
