急性心肌梗死并心力衰竭应用稳心颗粒结合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗的效果及对心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 本研究的目的是考察在急性心肌梗死(AMI)并发心力衰竭(HF)的患者中,应用稳心颗粒联合沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗的效果,以及这种治疗对心功能的影响。方法 本研究将本院在2022年1月至2023年12月期间收治的84例AMI和HF患者随机分为两组:对照组和研究组,各有42例患者。对照组的治疗方案是使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片,而研究组在对照组治疗方案的基础上增加了稳心颗粒。通过对比两组患者的治疗效果,以评估这两种治疗方法的疗效。结果 研究组的总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组的80.95%(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组的心功能指标均有所改善。研究组的左心室射血分数(LVEF)和左室射血分数(EF)均高于对照组,而左室舒张末内径(LVDd)和左房内径(LA)则低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,两组的炎症指标也得到改善。研究组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。而两组在并发症发生率方面没有显著区别(P>0.05)。结论 稳心颗粒与沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片联合使用,能够改善急性心肌梗死和心力衰竭患者的心功能和炎症水平,提高治疗效果,且安全性高,值得推广。Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of Wenxin Granules combined with Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)complicated by heart failure(HF),and the effectiveness of this treatment.Effects on cardiac function.Methods In this study,84 patients with AMI and HF admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the research group,each with 42 patients.The treatment plan of the control group was to use sacubitril-valsartan sodium tablets,while the research group added Wenxin Granules based on the treatment plan of the control group.The efficacy of these two treatment methods was evaluated by comparing the treatment effects of the two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 95.24%,which was higher than the 80.95%of the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,cardiac function indicators in both groups improved.The left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)and left ventricular ejection fraction(EF)of the study group were higher than those of the control group,while the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDd)and left atrial diameter(LA)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,inflammatory markers also improved in both groups.The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined use of Wenxin Granules and Sacubitril Valsartan Sodium Tablets can improve the cardiac function and inflammation level in patients with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure,improve the therapeutic effect,and is highly safe and worthy of promotion.
