摘  要:高炉炼铁作为一种重要的炼铁工艺模式,在我国乃至全球范围内都占据着主导地位。为了响应“双碳”目标,减少高炉炼铁中二氧化碳排放量已成为行业和社会关注的重要问题之一。高炉富氧喷煤(PCI)以及煤粉与纯氢气共喷可以有效降低二氧化碳排放量,但是目前对高炉内部冶炼特征的影响规律尚不明确。因此,本研究建立了考虑气固两相的三维高炉模型,并利用生产数据验证了模型的准确性。利用此模型研究了富氧率和氢气喷吹量对温度场、浓度场及煤气利用率的影响。结果表明,炉内高温区的温度随富氧率的提高而升高,随氢气喷吹量的增加而降低;提高富氧率,一氧化碳利用率大幅度降低,当富氧率为7.5%(基准模型)、15.0%时,一氧化碳利用率分别为48.88%和41.43%;增加氢气喷吹量,氢气利用率会较大幅度降低,当氢气喷吹量为0(基准模型)、60m3/t时,氢气利用率分别为60.44%和54.08%。As an important ironmaking process,blast furnace ironmaking occupies a dominant position in China and globally.In response to the goal of"Dual Carbon",reducing carbon dioxide emissions in blast furnace ironmaking has become one of the important issues of concern for the industry and society.Oxygen enrichment and pulverized coal injection(PCI)in blast furnace and co-injection of pulverized coal with pure hydrogen can effectively reduce carbon dioxide emissions,but their impact on the smelting characteristics inside the blast furnace is not clear at present.Therefore,this study establishes a three-dimensional blast furnace model considering gas-solid two-phase flow and verifies the accuracy of the model using production data.The influence of oxygen enrichment rate and hydrogen injection amount on temperature field,concentration field,and gas utilization rate is studied using this model.The results show that the temperature in the high-temperature zone of the furnace increases with the increase of oxygen enrichment rate and decreases with the increase of hydrogen injection amount.Increasing the oxygen enrichment rate will greatly reduce the CO utilization rate.When the oxygen enrichment rate is 7.5%(base model)and 15.0%,the CO utilization rate is 48.88%and 41.43%.With the increase of hydrogen injection amount,the utilization rate of hydrogen is greatly reduced.When the hydrogen injection amount is 0(base model)and 60 m3/t,the CO utilization rate is 60.44%and 54.08%.
