摘 要:采用MMS-300热模拟试验机,在变形温度为850~1150℃、应变速率为0.01~5.00 s^(-1)条件下,对铌微合金化Q345qD钢进行了真应变为0.7的单道次热压缩变形实验,通过热压缩流变曲线和本构方程分析了其热变形行为,并绘制了热加工图。结果表明,当应变速率在0.01~5.00 s^(-1)、变形温度高于1050℃时,实验钢的真应力-真应变曲线表现出较明显的动态再结晶特征;基于真应力-真应变数据,构建了实验钢的热变形本构方程,确定了真应变为0.2时,实验钢的热变形激活能(Q)为379.5589 kJ/mol;基于动态材料模型理论,绘制了不同真应变量下实验钢的热加工图,当真应变为0.4时,确定了合理的实验钢热加工工艺参数分别为变形温度940~1150℃、应变速率0.01~0.07 s^(-1)和变形温度1080~1150℃、应变速率1.70~5.00 s^(-1)。A single-pass thermal compression deformation experiment with the true strain of 0.7 was conducted on niobium microalloyed Q345qD steel using MMS-300 thermal simulation tester machine under deformation temperature of 850‒1150℃and strain rate of 0.01‒5.00 s^(-1).The thermal deformation behaviors were analyzed by the thermal compression rheology curves and the intrinsic equations and the thermal processing diagrams were established.The results showed that when the strain rate ranges from 0.01‒5.00 s^(-1) and the deformation temperature was higher than 1050℃,the true stress-strain curve of the experimental steel exhibited dynamic recrystallization characteristics.Based on the true stress-true strain data,the thermal deformation constitutive equations for the experimental steel were constructed.When the true strain was 0.2,the thermal deformation activation energy(Q)of the experimental steel was 379.5589 kJ/mol.Based on the on the dynamic material modeling theory,thermal processing diagram of experimental steel at different true strains were drawn.When the true strain was 0.4,the reasonable thermal deformation parameters for the experimental steel were deformation temperature of 940‒1150℃,strain rate of 0.01‒0.07 s^(‒1),and deformation temperature of 1080‒1150℃,strain rate of 1.70‒5.00 s^(‒1),respectively.
