摘  要:通过金相组织分析、室温拉伸性能测试和断口形貌观察,对比研究了不同热处理工艺对小规格Ti6554合金挤压棒材显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,低温固溶处理(780℃/1 h/AC)有助于Ti6554合金挤压棒材细化晶粒,而高温固溶处理(830℃/1 h/AC)能显著消除成分偏析,提高组织均匀性。固溶+时效处理能够提高材料的强度,但也会相应地降低其塑性。综合分析,Ti6554合金挤压棒材的最佳固溶+时效工艺为780℃/1 h/AC+480℃/8 h/AC。The effects of different heat treatment processes on the microstructure and mechanical properties of small-size Ti6554 alloy extrusion rods were researched by metallographic microstructure analysis, room temperature tensile properties test and fracture morphology observation. The results show that the Ti6554 alloy extrusion rod at low temperature solid solution treatment(780 ℃/1 h/AC) helps to refine the grain, while the high temperature solid solution treatment(830 ℃/1 h/AC) significantly eliminates the compositional segregation and improves the organization uniformity. The solid solution and aging treatment will increase the strength of the material, but it will also reduce the plasticity of the material accordingly. Based on comprehensive analysis, the optimal solid solution and aging process for Ti6554 alloy extrusion rods is 780 ℃/1 h/AC+480 ℃/8 h/AC.
