摘  要:采用真空自耗电弧炉制备了Ti_(45.5)Nb_(45.5)Al_(4.5)Cr_(4.5)轻质难熔高熵合金,并对其冷轧和退火热处理后的显微组织和力学性能进行了系统研究。铸态Ti_(45.5)Nb_(45.5)Al_(4.5)Cr_(4.5)高熵合金为晶粒尺寸较大的等轴晶结构,经冷轧及700℃退火后出现由晶粒拉长变形产生的变形带组织,800℃退火后变形带区域出现由大尺寸晶粒及细小再结晶晶粒构成的异质结构,而900℃退火后变形带区域发生完全再结晶,出现了富Nb相的偏析。合金经冷轧以及800℃退火后,强度和塑性同时提升,屈服强度和延伸率分别为823 MPa和14.64%,相比铸态分别提高了21.57%和119.82%。Ti_(45.5)Nb_(45.5)Al_(4.5)Cr_(4.5) lightweight refractory high entropy alloy was produced by vacuum consumable electrode arc furnace, and the microstructure and mechanical properties were systematically investigated after cold rolling and annealing heat treatment. The as-cast Ti_(45.5)Nb_(45.5)Al_(4.5)Cr_(4.5) high entropy alloy is an isometric crystal structure with large grain size, and the deformation zone structure generated by grain elongation and deformation appeared after cold rolling and annealing at 700 ℃, and a heterogeneous structure consisting of large grains and fine recrystallized grains appears in the region of the deformation zone after annealing at 800℃, and the complete recrystallization of the region of the deformation zone occurs after annealing at 900 ℃, and Nb-rich phase segregation appears. After cold rolling and annealing at 800 ℃, the strength and plasticity of the alloys are simultaneously increased, and the yield strength and elongation are 823 MPa and 14.64%, which are 21.57% and 119.82% higher than those of the cast alloys, respectively.
