摘  要:文章针对当前风电场变压器维护管理中存在的问题,如定期检修成本高、故障发现不及时等,提出了一种集在线监测与故障预警于一体的智能化系统。该系统通过集成先进的传感技术、大数据处理、机器学习算法以及高效的通信手段,实现了对风电场变压器运行状态的实时监测与故障早期预警。文章详细介绍了系统的架构设计、数据采集与传输方案、故障诊断算法、预警策略及其具体实现与测试结果,目的是为风电场提供一种高效、经济的运维解决方案,减少非计划停机时间,保障电力供应的稳定性和安全性。This article proposes an intelligent system that integrates online monitoring and fault warning to address the current problems in the maintenance and management of wind farm transformers,such as high regular maintenance costs and untimely fault detection.The system integrates advanced sensing technology,big data processing,machine learning algorithms,and efficient communication methods to achieve real-time monitoring of the operating status of wind farm transformers and early warning of faults.The article provides a detailed introduction to the system architecture design,data collection and transmission scheme,fault diagnosis algorithm,warning strategy,and their specific implementation and testing results.The aim is to provide an efficient and economical operation and maintenance solution for wind farms,reduce unplanned downtime,and ensure the stability and safety of power supply.
