摘 要:港口桩基工程质量与安全关系密切,其中,桩基成孔质量是保证安全的关键。通过在桩基设备加装传感器,结合智能桩基管理系统,实现信息采集自动化、成孔过程可视化与数据分析实时化,包括设备加装调试、接入平台实现模块集成、导入三维模型并进行初始配置、设备与模型关联实现可视化数模交互展示等步骤。此项技术具有质量效益和经济效益,可以实现桩基成孔全过程管控与施工动态管理,为各参与方提供一个共同的决策平台,从而为造价成本内控提供依据。The quality and safety of port pile foundation engineering are intricately interconnected,with the quality of pile hole construction being pivotal to ensuring safety.By equipping pile foundation machinery with sensors and combining them with an intelligent management system for pile foundations,it can achieve automated information collection,enhance visualization of the hole-making process,and enable real-time data analysis,including equip-ment installation and debugging,platform integration for module coherence,importation of three-dimensional models along with initial configuration,and visualizing digital model interaction display through equipment and model association.This technology not only has both quality and economic benefits,and can achieve full process control and dynamic construction management of pile hole construction,providing a common decision-making platform for all parties and providing a basis for cost control.
