摘 要:随着纯电动公交车成为公交公司主力运营车辆,其高效、安全的整车协同及能耗管理成为关键。为实现降本增效,详细而精准的能耗监测至关重要。当前研究主要聚焦于放电过程,对充电过程的能耗监测不足,且能耗数据的精细化程度不够。为此,本文深入分析了纯电动公交车的能量拓扑和总线拓扑,提出了针对各关键部件的能耗采集方法,并设计了高效的能耗采集硬件设备和数据监测与分析软件平台,实现对充电和放电过程的精细化管理,确保对整车能耗状态的准确监测与深入分析。As pure electric buses become the main operating vehicles of bus companies,their efficient and safe vehicle coordination and energy consumption management have become the key.In order to reduce costs and increase efficiency,detailed and accurate energy consumption monitoring is essential.The current research mainly focuses on the discharge process,and the energy consumption monitoring of the charging process is insufficient,and the refinement of energy consumption data is insufficient.To this end,this paper deeply analyzes the energy topology and bus topology of pure electric buses,proposes energy consumption collection methods for each key component,and designs efficient energy consumption acquisition hardware equipment and data monitoring and analysis software platform to realize the fine management of the charging and discharging process and ensure the accurate monitoring and in-depth analysis of the energy consumption status of the whole vehicle.
