摘　　要：近20年来,代谢紊乱的发病率急剧增加,全球有1/4~1/3成人被诊断为代谢紊乱,每年造成数以万亿计的医疗保健成本和潜在经济损失,中医发现人体湿性特征与代谢异常关系密切,是多种代谢性疾病的发生、发展促发因素,代谢紊乱是公认的心脑血管发病基础,严重危害人民生命安全,快速增耗医疗费用,如何实现心脑血管重大慢病预防前移,关键在于早期介入调节代谢紊乱,需要从早期识别、预警、干预、评价等进行系统性研究,这是目前医疗热点问题。以下就中医湿性特征与代谢综合征的发生、预警、干预及发展前景等方面进行探讨。In the past 20 years,the incidence of metabolic disorders has surged,with approximately one-quarter to one-third of adults worldwide diagnosed with such disorders,resulting in substantial healthcare costs and economic losses each year.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)identifies a strong association between"dampness"characteristics and metabolic abnormalities,which are considered major contributing factors to the onset and progression of various metabolic diseases.Metabolic disorders are recognized as foundational conditions for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,posing severe risks to public health and rapidly increasing healthcare expenditures.A key strategy to mitigate these chronic diseases is the early intervention in metabolic dysfunction.This requires systematic research focusing on early identification,warning signs,intervention,and outcome evaluation-key areas of interest in current medical research.This review discusses the relationship between TCM dampness characteristics and metabolic syndrome,early warning mechanisms,intervention approaches,and future development prospects in this field.
