摘　　要：母牛产后截瘫是家畜养殖中常见的外产科疾病,其临床症状多以精神不振、后肢截瘫无法自行站立、行走,仅前肢可做出行为动作为主要表现,如对病畜治疗不当或治疗不及时,其便会出现后肢肌肉萎缩进而导致无法治愈,会对农牧民造成较大的经济损失,因此该疾病的出现需引起畜牧兽医工作者的重视与研究。笔者救治了一起因不科学助产导致初产母牛产后截瘫的病例,该例共3头患病牛,其中2头在治疗的7d内恢复正常,另1头在连续治疗7d后仍未出现好转,反而症状加重,因此对该患病牛只得做淘汰处理。该病例患病牛只多、病情各异且对畜牧兽医工作者极具学习与反思的意义,故笔者对该例病畜的发病原因、临床症状及治疗措施等内容进行了详尽的记录,以此与同行进行交流探讨。Postpartum paraplegia in cows is a common gynecological disease in livestock farming.Its clinical symptoms are mainly characterized by lack of energy,inability to stand and walk on their own due to hind limb paralysis,and only the front limbs can perform behavioral movements.If the diseased animal is not treated properly or in a timely manner,it will lead to the atrophy of hind limb muscles,causing significant economic losses to farmers and herdsmen.Therefore,the occurrence of this disease needs to be taken seriously and studied by animal husbandry and veterinary workers.The author treated a case of postpartum paraplegia in a primiparous cow caused by unscientific midwifery.A total of 3 affected cows was in the case,of which 2 recovered to normal within 7 days of treatment,and the other cow did not show any improvement after continuous treatment for 7 days,but its symptoms worsened.Therefore,the diseased cow had to be eliminated.This case involves a large number of diseased cows with varying conditions,which is of great significance for livestock and veterinary workers to learn and reflect on.Therefore,the authors have made a detailed record of the causes,clinical symptoms,and treatment measures of the disease in this case,in order to exchange and discuss with colleagues.
