摘  要:针对L70氦液化器冷箱泄漏问题,通过与厂家等多方诊断、分析、讨论后,最终确定方案将冷箱进行拆解维修。根据对冷箱漏点位置的判断,并结合现场实际操作难度,制定了详细的检漏方案及施工流程,分为设备拆解、漏点查找、修复验证三大部分。在经过40 d的维修后,设备完成修复,对氦液化器液化效率进行检测分析,发现设备在维修后无论是否有液氮预冷,液化产量均比设备合同性能指标高,可以认定对漏点进行了有效的修复,并从检修和日常维护角度提出了技术性改进意见。Aiming at the leakage problem of L70 helium liquefier cold box,after diagnosis,analysis and discussion with manufacturers and other parties,the final plan is determined to disassemble and repair the cold box.According to the judgment of the leak location of the cold box and the difficulty of the actual operation,a detailed leak detection scheme and construction process were formulated,which were divided into three parts:equipment disassembly,leak search,repair and verification.After more than 40 days of maintenance,the equipment was repaired.The liquefaction efficiency of the helium liquefier was tested and analyzed,and it was found that the liquefaction output was higher than the contract performance index of the equipment regardless of whether there was liquid nitrogen precooling after the maintenance.It could be concluded that the leak point had been effectively repaired,and technical improvement suggestions were put forward from the perspective of maintenance and daily maintenance.
