摘　　要：随着我国经济面貌的有序提升及滑雪产业的快速发展,新时期在黑龙江省内建设经营滑雪场受到许多投资方的高度关注,其投资时机和风险管理成为值得探究的商业课题。通过运用SWOT法,对黑龙江省滑雪场的经营环境进行分析,发现其优势在于气候地域、冰雪资源及群众基础;劣势在于滑雪产业模式单一、转型不易;机遇源自国内政策扶持、经济复苏、冰雪旅游爆火及亚冬会即将举办;威胁源自国内同行业竞争及气候变暖带来的管理约束增强。提出立足市场调研,做好投资风险评估预测;掌控投资节奏,保障资金链稳定安全;加强运营管理,分类完善风险应对措施等策略。通过做好黑龙江省滑雪场投资风险的统筹管理,增加黑龙江省滑雪产业的投资吸引力并推动其健康发展,在新时期提振区域冰雪经济,为我国冰雪运动的大众化普及作出更多积极贡献。With the orderly improvement of China's economic outlook and the rapid development of ski industry,the construction and operation of ski resorts in Heilongjiang Province in the new era has attracted great attention from many investors,and its investment timing and risk management have become a commercial topic worthy of exploration.By using the SWOT method,the business environment of ski resorts in Heilongjiang Province is analyzed,and it is found that its advantages lie in the climate,region,ice and snow resources and mass base;its disadvantages lie in the single ski industry model and the difficulty of transformation;opportunities come from domestic policy support,economic recovery,the boom of ice and snow tourism and the upcoming Asian Winter Games;threats come from domestic competition in the same industry and the strengthening of management constraints brought about by climate warming.The paper proposes to make good investment risk assessment and forecast based on market research;control the investment rhythm to ensure the stability and security of the capital chain;strengthen operation management,classify and improve risk response measures.Through the overall management of investment risks of ski resorts in Heilongjiang Province,increase the investment attractiveness of the ski industry in Heilongjiang Province and promote its healthy development,boost the regional ice and snow economy in the new era,and make more positive contributions to the popularization of ice and snow sports in China.
