摘 要:目前磷资源在世界范围内较为短缺,市政污泥中含有丰富的磷,将市政污泥中的磷进行资源化回收,则既可以缓解磷资源紧缺的现状,又可以起到去除磷的效果。为研究脱水方式的影响,对几种处理方法处理后污泥中的磷的形态进行分析;在此基础上,对比不同处理方式污泥中的磷进入土壤后的生物有效性差异。结果表明,焚烧后,污泥中的无机磷总含量显著上升,含量增加了1137%,最活跃的无机磷成分交换态磷含量上升明显;而加入过量脱水剂并板框压滤后,总无机磷和交换态磷含量显著降低,且出现一定量的不活跃的铁铝结合及闭蓄态磷,不利于磷回收;得到的鸟粪石产物进行土壤培养实验后,有效磷的提升效果基本达到或者超过钙镁磷肥效果,提升效果最明显的组别达到了钙镁磷肥的2.5倍,而磷酸酶活性的提升幅度全部超过了钙镁磷肥。以上结果表明,利用本方法从污泥中回收的磷产物对于改善土壤磷有效性以及提升土壤磷的供给能力均有显著效果,且肥效达到或超过了传统磷肥。At present,phosphorus resources are in short supply all over the world.Municipal sewage is rich in phosphorus.Recycling phosphorus from municipal sludge can not only alleviate the shortage of phosphorus resources,but also remove phosphorus.In order to study the effect of dewatering method,the phosphorus form in sludge treated by several treatment methods was analyzed.On this basis,the difference of biological availability of phosphorus in sludge from different treatment methods after entering soil was compared.The results showed that after incineration,the total content of inorganic phosphorus in sludge increased significantly(1137%),and the content of exchangeable phosphorus,the most active inorganic phosphorus component,increased significantly.However,the contents of total inorganic phosphorus and exchange phosphorus decreased significantly after the addition of excessive dehydrating agent and plate and frame filtration,and a certain amount of inactive Fe-Al binding and closed storage phosphorus appeared,which was not conducive to phosphorus recovery.After soil culture experiment,the improvement effect of available phosphorus of the obtained product reached or exceeded that of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer,and the group with the most obvious improvement effect reached 2.5 times that of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer,while the improvement of phosphatase activity exceeded that of calcium magnesium phosphate fertilizer.The above results indicated that the recovered phosphorus product from municipal sludge had a significant effect on the improvement of soil phosphorus availability and the supply capacity of soil phosphorus,and its fertilizer effect reached or exceeded the traditional phosphate fertilizer.
