摘 要:肠出血性大肠埃希菌(enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli,EHEC)作为人畜共患致病菌,暴发性感染可诱发严重的全身性溶血性尿毒症综合征(hemolytic uremic syndrome,HUS)。然而传统的抗生素治疗不仅导致耐药性的产生,还会促进志贺毒素(Shiga toxin,Stx)的释放,从而加重病情。因此亟需开发新型抗EHEC感染药物。植物天然产物因其结构和功能的多样性,在抑制细菌生长和抗毒力方面显示出巨大的潜力,成为研发新型抗EHEC感染药物的重要资源库。本文通过介绍植物天然产物,在此基础上对抑制EHEC生长和毒力因子的植物天然产物分别进行总结,为寻找预防和治疗EHEC感染提供思路和依据。Enterohemorrhagic Escherichia coli(EHEC)is a zoonotic pathogen that poses a significant threat to public health due to its ability to induce severe systemic hemolytic uremic syndrome(HUS)during an outbreak.However,traditional antibiotic treatment not only leads to the development of antibiotic resistance,but also promotes the release of Shiga toxin(Stx)to aggravate the disease.Thus,it is imperative to develop novel drugs for the treatment of EHEC infections.The structural and functional diversity of plant-derived natural products endows them with immense potential for inhibiting bacterial growth and reducing virulence,making them a valuable resource for the development of novel anti-EHEC drugs.This article introduced the types and characteristics of plant-derived natural products and summarized the research on specific plant natural products that inhibited bacterial growth and virulence factors of EHEC,aiming to provide insights and a basis for the prevention and treatment of EHEC infections.
