摘 要:文中提出采用温拌剂降低生产温度和高粘沥青控制析漏锁油两种技术方案,研究去除纤维的技术可行性.针对纤维的增韧增粘等作用,设计试验方案对SMA-13、WSMA-13及WRSMA-13三种沥青混合料的综合性能进行了针对性对比研究.结果表明:采取WSMA-13和WRSMA-13去除纤维均技术可行;WSMA-13成本较SMA-13稍低,在纤维来源不固定,有产能要求时,可采取WSMA-13方案;WRSMA-13经济优势大,且综合性能优势明显,在有条件生产或采购稳定胶粉复合改性沥青条件下,推荐使用.Two technical schemes were put forward,namely,using warm mixing agent to reduce production temperature and controlling leakage and oil locking of high-viscosity asphalt,to study the technical feasibility of removing fibers.Aiming at the function of fiber toughening and viscosity increasing,the comprehensive properties of SMA-13,WSMA-13 and WRSMA-13 asphalt mixtures were studied by designing test schemes.The results show that both WSMA-13 and WRSMA-13 are feasible to remove fibers.The cost of WSMA-13 is slightly lower than that of SMA-13.When the fiber source is not fixed and there is capacity requirement,WSMA-13 scheme can be adopted.WRSMA-13 has great economic advantages and obvious comprehensive performance advantages,so it is recommended to use it under the condition of producing or purchasing stable rubber powder composite modified asphalt.
