摘 要:提出了基于燃料分级转化的生物质化学链(SC-BCL)的新工艺。该工艺通过分级转化的优势实现了同时获得高品质生物油和高品质合成气,并且充分发挥了生物质高挥发分、高含氧量。首先,利用Aspen Plus对该工艺进行了模拟分析。其次,探究了热解温度对三相产率的影响、气化温度和载氧体与生物质进料质量比(OC/生物质)对气化产物的影响。最后,对基于燃料分级转化的生物质化学链过程进行了[火用]分析。结果表明,在最佳操作条件下,热解反应器中热解油产率达到了54.98%(质量分数),气化反应器的碳转化率达到了100%,合成气流量达到了1.08 kmol·h^(-1),气化产品组成稳定,系统[火用]效率为84.45%,产品[火用]效率为64.98%。A new process of biomass chemical looping based on staged conversion of fuel was proposed.Through the advantages of staged conversion,high quality bio-oil and high quality syngas can be obtained at the same time,and the high volatile content and high oxygen content of biomass can be fully utilized.Firstly,Aspen Plus was used to simulate the process.Secondly,the influences of pyrolysis temperature on the three phase yield,gasification temperature and the Biomass mass ratio(OC/Biomass)have been investigated.Exergy analysis of biomass chemical looping processes based on staged conversion of fuel was carried out.The results showed that under optimal operating conditions,the pyrolysis oil yield reached the maximum value of 54.98%,the carbon conversion rate of the gasification reactor reached 100%,the syngas flow rate reached 1.08 kmol·h^(-1),the gas phase product composition was stable,the system exergy efficiency is 84.45%and the product exergy efficiency is 64.98%.
