摘  要:以90%变形量的Pd40Cu合金为研究对象,进行550℃/60 min,650℃/30 min,650℃/60 min的热处理,分析热处理过程中的再结晶行为及组织的演变规律。结果表明:Pd40Cu合金在550℃/60 min热处理后为带状组织,650℃/30 min热处理后为完全再结晶且晶粒细小、分布均匀;随着保温时间的增加,再结晶晶粒发生明显的长大。热处理后,Pd40Cu合金再结晶Cube织构的含量很少,S型织构和Brass织构的含量相对来说较多。由于大变形量下合金内部的储存能较高,在550℃热处理后,大部分晶粒已完成再结晶转变,在升高温度的过程中晶粒尺寸增加,而织构的含量没有发生较大的变化。90%deformed Pd40Cu alloy was annealed at 550℃/60 min,650℃/30 min,650℃/60 min.Recrystallization behavior and microstructure evolution during the annealing process were analyzed.The results show that the microstructure of Pd40Cu alloy is banded after annealing at 550℃/60 min,and the recrystallized grains are completely recrystallized after annealing at 650℃/30 min,and the recrystallized grains are small and evenly distributed.With the increase of holding time,the recrystallized grains grow obviously.After annealing,the Cube texture content in the recrystallization annealing of Pd40Cu alloy is very small,while the S-shaped texture and Brass texture content are relatively large.Due to the higher storage energy of large deformation,most of the recrystallized grains finish nucleation after annealing at 550℃,and only the grain growth process is in the process of increasing the temperature.The texture content did not change greatly.
