摘　　要：司法交流是两岸法学法律界交流的重要组成部分,学术交流是开展两岸司法交流的重要路径。两岸司法学术交流保持了学术交流的形式优势,同时又突出推动两岸共同打击犯罪及司法互助的问题导向,兼具学术性与实务性,提升了交流的学术深度和社会影响力,是推进两岸司法交流的重要渠道。作为两岸司法学术交流的重要平台,海峡两岸司法实务研讨会取得丰硕成果,产生积极影响,但仍存在参会人员结构有待优化、交流内容亟须深化、传播效能仍须提升等问题。在当前复杂的台海局势下,应强化两岸司法界交流与其他相关领域交流的联系与协作,优化参会人员结构,创新学术交流形式,提高成果传播效能,推动两岸司法交流高质量发展,为增进两岸同胞的民生福祉作出积极贡献。Judicial exchanges are important parts of cross-Strait legal exchanges,and academic exchanges are important ways to carry out cross-Strait judicial exchanges.Cross-Strait judicial and academic exchanges have maintained the formal advantages of academic exchanges,at the same time highlighted the problem orientation of promoting the joint anti-crime cooperation and mutual judicial assistance,with both academic and practical characteristics,and enhanced the academic depth and social influence of exchanges,which are important channels to promote cross-Strait judicial exchanges.As an important platform for cross-Strait judicial and academic exchanges,The Cross-Strait Judicial Practice Seminar has achieved fruitful results and produced positive influence.However,there are still problems such as the structure of participants to be optimized,the exchange content to be deepened,and the communication efficiency to be improved.In the current complex situation across the Taiwan Straits,it is necessary to strengthen the connection and cooperation between cross-Strait exchanges of judicial circles and exchanges in other related fields,optimize the structure of participants,innovate the forms of academic exchanges,improve the efficiency of results dissemination,promote the high-quality development of cross-Strait judicial exchanges and make positive contributions to improving the well-being of compatriots on both sides of the Taiwan Straits.
