摘　　要：通过分析当代大学生具有价值追求个性化、学习方式自主化、娱乐方式网络化、消费和追星理性化等代际特点,以及当代大学生教育面临的挑战与机遇,提出以习近平青年教育思想为引领,从围绕立德树人、核心价值观、新时代艰苦奋斗、大学生主体能力、教育家精神教师队伍等五个途径,加强对当代大学生的教育。s:This paper analyzes the intergenerational characteristics of contemporary college students,such as personalized value pursuit,autonomous learning,networked entertainment,rational consumption,and star chasing,as well as the challenges and opportunities faced by contemporary college education.It proposes taking Xi Jinping's youth education thought as a guide and strengthening the education of contemporary college students in the following five areas:moral cultivation,core values,hard work in the new era,the main abilities of college students,and the spirit of educators.
