摘　　要：为满足加工高钒中间基原料的催化裂化装置减少生焦的需求,开发了加工高钒中间基原料的催化裂化多产丙烯催化剂LIP-500,并于中国石油某石化公司2.5 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置上开展了工业应用。结果表明,与空白标定相比,采用LIP-500催化剂VRDS(加氢脱硫减压渣油)处理量可提高16.28%,达到300 t/h,总液体收率增加2.30百分点,生焦率降低1.90百分点,丙烯收率增加1.00百分点,稳定汽油烯烃体积分数降低2.60百分点,辛烷值基本相当。LIP-500催化剂表现出了优异的抗钒性能,在富氧再生装置平衡剂钒质量分数达7 000μg/g时,仍能维持较高的活性、良好的焦炭选择性。LIP-500催化剂适用于高环烷芳烃VRDS的加工,可提高渣油处理量,降低装置碳排放。In order to meet the requirements of reducing coke production,increasing residue processing load FCC unit for processing high vanadium intermediate base feedstock,the catalyst LIP-500 for producing more propylene from high vanadium intermediate base feedstock was developed and applied in the industrial production of a 2.5 MM TPY heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of a petrochemical company in China.The results showed that compared with the blank calibration,the use of LIP-500 catalyst can increase the processing capacity of VRDS by 16.28%,increase the total liquid yield by 2.30 percentage points,reduce the coking rate by 1.90 percentage points,increase the propylene yield by 1.00 percentage points,reduce the volume fraction of stable gasoline olefins by 2.60 percentage points,and the octane value is basically the same.The LIP-500 catalyst exhibits excellent vanadium resistance,maintaining high activity and good coke selectivity even when the vanadium mass fraction of the balancing agent in the oxygen rich regeneration device reaches 7,000μg/g.The LIP-500 catalyst is suitable for the processing of high cyclic aromatic hydrocarbons VRDS,which can increase the processing capacity of residual oil and reduce the carbon emissions of the unit.
