远志化学成分及药理作用研究进展

摘　　要：远志为远志科植物远志(Polygala tenuifolia Willd.)或卵叶远志(Polygala sibirica L.)的干燥根。作为一种药食同源中药材,其历史悠久、资源丰富、临床应用广泛,具有较高的药用价值。现代研究表明,已分离和鉴定化合物超过140个,以皂苷类、寡糖脂类、[口山]酮类为主,还有生物碱、黄酮以及有机酸等化学成分。现代药理作用研究表明,远志具有神经保护、改善认知功能障碍、抗抑郁、抗焦虑和抗失眠等药理作用。因此,现对远志的化学成分和药理作用的研究总结归纳,为后续开发利用提供参考。Polygala tenuifolia Willd.or Polygala sibirica L.is a dried root of plants in the family Polygala tenuifolia.As a medicinal and edible herb,it has a long history,abundant resources,and wide clinical applications,and has high medicinal value.Modern research has shown that over 140 compounds have been isolated and identified,mainly consisting of saponins,oligosaccharides,ketones,as well as chemical components such as alkaloids,flavonoids,and organic acids.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that Polygalae Radix has pharmacological effects such as neuroprotection,improvement of cognitive dysfunction,antidepressant,anti anxiety,and anti insomnia.Therefore,the research on the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of Polygalae Radix is summarized and summarized,providing reference for subsequent development and utilization.
