摘　　要：目的总结分析“肺-肠轴”研究成果和基于该理论在支气管哮喘治疗领域的研究进展。方法收集近年来研究肺与大肠关系的微生物、病理生理、免疫等以及基于“肺-肠轴”的哮喘中医药治疗方面的相关文献,探讨“肺-肠轴”理论的最新研究成果,及其在哮喘中医药治疗领域的影响。结果在现代医学研究中肺与大肠在组织来源上的一致性、微生态菌群变化同步性、黏膜免疫相关性共同为“肺-肠轴”理论提供了坚实的理论基础。目前在哮喘的中医药治疗方面,“肺-肠轴”理论已广泛融合于中药方剂、针灸、穴位贴敷等疗法之中,其治疗机制可能与改善肠道菌群失调、调节机体免疫功能等方面有关。结论以“肺-肠轴”理论为指导的哮喘治疗较单以肺经论治的临床疗效显著提高。Objective To summarize and analyze the research results of the“lung gut axis”and the research progress in the treatment of bronchial asthma based on this theory.Methods Collect relevant literature on microbiology,pathophysiology,immunology,and traditional Chinese medicine treatment of asthma based on the“lung gut axis”in recent years,and explore the latest research results of the“lung gut axis”theory and its impact in the field of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of asthma.The consistency of tissue sources,synchronous changes in microbial flora,and mucosal immune correlation between the lungs and large intestine in modern medical research provide a solid theoretical basis for the“lung gut axis”theory.At present,in the treatment of asthma with traditional Chinese medicine,the theory of“lung gut axis”has been widely integrated into traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions,acupuncture and moxibustion,acupoint application and other treatments.Its therapeutic mechanism may be related to improving intestinal flora imbalance,regulating the immune function of the body and other aspects.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of asthma treatment guided by the“lung gut axis”theory is significantly improved compared to treatment based solely on the lung meridian.
