摘　　要：习近平总书记关于“归根到底是两个行”重大论断是在把握共产党执政规律、社会主义建设规律和人类社会发展规律,对中国之问、世界之问、人民之问、时代之问的最新回答。通过对中国共产党、中国特色社会主义、马克思主义两两关系的分析,发现“归根到底是两个行”重大论断是逻辑严谨的双向闭环,呈现出系统稳定性和旺盛生命力的特征:马克思主义是中国共产党的指导思想——中国共产党的领导是中国特色社会主义最本质的特征——中国特色社会主义实践检验了马克思主义的真理性;马克思主义是中国特色社会主义的理论基石——中国特色社会主义是百年来中国共产党在马克思主义指导下创造的最根本的成就——中国共产党在中国特色社会主义实践中,通过回应新的实践要求,不断取得中国化时代化的马克思主义成果,实现理论创新,推进马克思主义发展。马克思主义实践观是双向逻辑闭环的科学依据;中国共产党成功开创中国特色社会主义是双向逻辑闭环的稳定基础;中国化时代化的马克思主义是双向逻辑闭环的关键所在。新时代坚持马克思主义,推进中国化时代化的马克思主义,就是要长期坚持并不断丰富发展习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想。General Secretary Xi Jinping’s great assertion of The foundation is the two‘works’is the latest answer to the questions of China,the world,the people,and the era based on grasping the laws of Communist Party governance,socialist construction,and human social development.Through the analysis of the relationship between the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics,and Marxism,it is found that the great assertion of The foundation is the two‘works’is a logically rigorous double closed loop with rigorous logic,showing the characteristics of system stability and vitality.Marxism is the guiding ideology of the CPC-the leadership of the CPC is the most essential feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics-the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics has tested the truth of Marxist theory;Marxism is the theoretical cornerstone of socialism with Chinese characteristics-socialism with Chinese characteristics is the most fundamental achievement created by the CPC under the guidance of Marxism over the past century-The CPC,in the practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics,has constantly achieved the achievements of Marxism with Chinese characteristics and the times,realized theoretical innovation,and promoted the development of Marxism by responding to new practical requirements.The Marxist view of practice is the scientific basis for the double logically closed loop,whereas the successful socialism with Chinese characteristics by the Communist Party of China is the stable foundation for the double closed loop.Furthermore,the Marxism adapted to the Chinese context and the needs of our times is the key to the double closed loop.In the new Era,adhering to Marxism and fully implementing the Marxism adapted to the Chinese context and the needs of our times requires to enrich and persevere in Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.
