摘 要:云盘山区块S123-DP10井区储层物性差、非均质性强,现阶段见水井多、无法形成有效的驱替网络,为进一步提升区块的注水效果和测调成功率,在研究区开展同心双管分层注水工艺研究。同心双管测试工艺具有内外管两套注水系统,利用单向连通器和双作用插管实现分层配注,通过井口配注,不需要投捞水嘴,缩短测调时间,在大斜度井和水平井也能应用。但由于管柱内径小,传统测试工艺注入剖面测试成功率低,通过改进仪器内径,使用胶囊同位素、光纤测井等方法提高测试成功率至67.86%。2019~2023年在西南产建区共投产47井次,完成吸水剖面测试13井次,均达到配注要求。该技术有效地提升了研究区注水开发效果,解决了因水嘴、遇阻等问题造成无法测调的难题,降低了施工成本。The well area S123-DP10 in Yunpanshan block has poor physical properties and strong heterogeneity.At present,there are too many wells to form an effective displacement network.In order to further improve the water injection effect and the success rate of measurement and deployment in the block,the concentric double-pipe stratified water injection process is studied in the study area.The concentric double-pipe test technology has two sets of water injection system with internal and external pipes,and realizes stratified injection by using one-way connector and double-acting intubator.The injection is distributed through the wellhead,which does not need to drop and catch water nozzle,and reduces the measurement and adjustment time.It can also be applied in highly inclined wells and horizontal wells.However,due to the small inner diameter of the pipe column,the success rate of injection profile test by traditional testing technology is low.By improving the inner diameter of the instrument,using capsule isotope and optical fiber logging methods,the success rate of the test is increased to 67.86%.From 2019 to 2023,a total of 47 wells were put into production in the southwest production and construction area,and 13 wells of water absorption profile test were completed,all of which met the injection distribution requirements.This technology can effectively improve the effect of water injection development in the study area,solve the problem that can not be measured and adjusted due to problems such as water nozzle and resistance,and reduce the construction cost.
