犬认知障碍的针药治疗和中兽医学初探

摘　　要：认知障碍综合征多发于老年犬,其症状多样,严重影响患犬生活质量和宠主饲养体验。犬认知障碍综合征与人类阿尔茨海默病的临床表现和病理变化具有一定的相似性。中医治疗阿尔茨海默病有许多成功案例和经验,但中兽医临床却鲜有犬认知障碍的治疗报道。本文报道1例采用中兽医方法诊疗犬认知障碍的病例,对诊疗方法和思路进行介绍,以期为此类病症的中兽医诊疗提供参考。Cognitive dysfunction syndrome is common in elderly dogs,with a variety of symptoms that severely impact the dog's quality of life and the owner's experience.Canine cognitive dysfunction syndrome shares certain clinical and pathological features with Alzheimer's disease in humans.While traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has had several successful cases and experiences in treating Alzheimer's disease,there are few clinical reports on treating canine cognitive dysfunction in traditional Chinese veterinary medicine.This paper reports a case of treating canine cognitive dysfunction using TCM methods,introducing the diagnostic and treatment approach,with the aim of providing reference for TCM diagnosis and treatment of this condition in veterinary practice.
