血清炎症因子与特发性少弱精子症患者精子DNA碎片指数的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨特发性少弱精子症患者血清炎症因子与精子DNA碎片指数的相关性。方法:选择120例特发性少弱精子症患者为观察组,另选择同期进行常规精液分析且结果正常的100例男性为对照组。对2组研究对象精子DNA碎片指数、血清炎症因子水平进行检测并对比,比较观察组患者不同年龄、禁欲时长、精子活力等特征下的精子碎片指数,采用线性回归分析特发性少弱精子症患者血清炎症因子水平及精子活力、浓度与精子DNA碎片指数的相关性,采用Pearson相关性检验分析血清炎症因子与特发性少弱精子症患者精子DNA碎片指数的相关性。结果:观察组患者血清白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、精子DNA碎片指数均高于对照组;精子活力≤20%、精子浓度≤10×10^(6) mL^(-1)的患者精子DNA碎片指数高于精子活力>20%、精子浓度>10×10^(6) mL^(-1)的患者;线性回归结果显示,特发性少弱精子症患者血清炎症因子水平、精子活力、精子浓度均与精子DNA碎片指数存在相关性(P<0.05);Pearson分析结果显示,血清IL-10、TNF-α与精子DNA碎片指数均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血清IL-10、TNF-α与特发性少弱精子症患者精子DNA碎片指数均呈正相关,血清IL-10、TNF-α水平的上升会对精子DNA的完整性形成破坏,引发精子DNA碎片指数上升。Objective:To investigate the correlation between serum inflammatory factors and sperm DNA fragmentation index in patients with idiopathic oligonasthenospermia.Methods:A total of 120 patients with idiopathic oligoasthenospermia were selected as the observation group,and another 100 men with normal semen analysis were selected as the control group.The sperm DNA fragmentation index and serum inflammatory factor levels of two groups were detected and compared.The sperm fragmentation index under different age,abstinence duration,sperm motility and other characteristics of the observation group were compared.Linear regression was used to analyze the correlation between serum inflammatory factor levels,sperm motility,concentration and sperm DNA fragmentation index of the patients with idiopathic oligonasoospermia.Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the correlation between serum inflammatory factors and sperm DNA fragmentation index in patients with idiopathic oligonasoospermia.Results:Serum IL-10,TNF-α,and sperm DNA fragmentation index in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The sperm DNA fragmentation index of patients with sperm motility≤20%and sperm concentration≤10×10^(6) mL^(-1) were higher than that of patients with sperm motility>20%and sperm concentration>10×10^(6) mL^(-1).Linear regression results showed that serum inflammatory factors,sperm motility and sperm concentration were correlated with sperm DNA fragmentation index in idiopathic oligonasoospermia patients(P<0.05).The results of Pearson analysis showed that serum IL-10,TNF-αand sperm DNA fragmentation index were positively correlated(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serum IL-10 and TNF-αare positively correlated with sperm DNA fragmentation index in patients with idiopathic oligonasthenospermia.The increase of serum IL-10 and TNF-αlevels will damage the integrity of sperm DNA and lead to the increase of sperm DNA fragmentation index.
