摘　　要：当前湿地与城市建设用地扩张的矛盾不断凸显,湿地保护与开发的关系失衡问题亟待解决。准确辨识圈层界面并设定有效的保护分区,以此构建合理的开发模式,提出针对性管控策略是实现城市湿地可持续发展的关键科学问题。以杭州西溪湿地为研究对象,聚焦西溪湿地外围圈层界面空间与周边城市地块发展的互动关系,建立西溪湿地外围圈层的控制性要素优化和功能性引导提升,对西溪湿地的规划管理有着十分重要的现实指导作用。The current contradiction between wetland preservation and the expansion of urban construction land is becoming increasingly prominent,and the imbalance between wetland conservation and development urgently needs to be addressed.Accurately identifying the zonal interfaces and establishing effective protection zones to construct a reasonable development model and propose targeted management strategies are key scientific issues for the sustainable development of urban wetlands.This paper takes Xixi National Wetland Park in Hangzhou as the research object,focusing on the interactive relationship between the peripheral zonal interface space of Xixi National Wetland Park and the surrounding urban land development.It establishes the optimization of controlling elements and the functional guidance improvement of the peripheral zones of Xixi National Wetland Park,which plays a very important role in guiding the planning and management of Xixi National Wetland Park.
