摘　　要：通过马厍老街的提升设计实践,积极探讨传统街区在新时代背景下的价值取向。重点阐述马厍老街的设计理念和手法,强调了传统文化、建筑风格、外部空间和规划布局之间的内在联系,这些元素相互促进,共同推动了老街的活化。在设计实践中,特别强调了对传统文化及元素的保护与传承,通过精心的设计和表达,使这些元素在现代城市发展中重新焕发活力。同时,在设计过程中充分考虑现代功能需求,实现历史与现代的有机融合,为城市更新提供一种新的模式。Through the design practice of enhancing Mashe Old Street,this paper actively explores the value orientation of traditional neighborhoods in the context of the new era.The text focuses on the design philosophy and techniques of Mashe Old Street,emphasizing the interdependent relationships between traditional culture,architectural style,external spaces,and planning layout,which collectively promote the revitalization of the old street.In the design practice,special emphasis is placed on the protection and inheritance of traditional culture and its elements,through careful design and expression,allowing these elements to regain vitality in modern urban development.At the same time,the design process fully considers modern functional needs,achieving an organic integration of history and modernity,providing a new model for urban renewal.
