我国义诊活动的法律困境与对策研究

摘　　要：义诊活动作为我国医疗服务的重要补充,在提升基层医疗服务水平、缓解医疗资源分布不均等方面发挥了积极作用。但在实践中,义诊活动面临着统一规范和管理难、现有法律法规适用难、卫生行政部门执法难等挑战。文章通过文献研究法和规范分析法,对义诊活动的现存法律困境进行研究和梳理,提出健全监管平台、完善法规体系、强化多部门协作等对策,以促进义诊活动的创新和可持续性发展。As an important supplement to China's medical services,free clinic activities have played a positive role in improving the level of primary medical services and alleviating the unequal distribution of medical resources.However,in practice,free clinic activities are faced with the challenges of unified standardization and management,difficult application of existing laws and regulations,and difficult law enforcement of health administrative departments.Through literature research and normative analysis,this paper studies and sorts out the existing legal dilemmas and problems of free clinic activities,and puts forward the countermeasures such as improving the supervision platform,perfecting the legal system and strengthening cross-departmental collaboration,so as to promote the innovation and sustainable development of free clinic activities.
