摘 要:天地王坡煤业有限公司原粗煤泥系统存在脱水效果差、高灰细泥成分高、精煤回收率低等问题,于是对粗煤泥工艺系统进行改造,将螺旋分选机和打击弧形筛分别更换成TBS干扰床分选机和三质体智能高频细筛,脱水效果大幅度提升,粗煤泥脱泥降灰效果明显。生产结果显示,筛上煤泥全水分M_(t)从53.32%降至36.74%,精煤产品品质提升;筛上物限下率由30.02%降至16.16%,筛下物限上率由4.99%降至3.08%,筛上物灰分由15.58%降到了11.95%。三质体智能高频细筛透筛情况好,筛分精准度高,脱水脱泥效果明显。Some annoying conundrums have existed for a long time in the original coarse slime system of the Tiandi Wangpo Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,such as poor dewatering efficiency,larger content of high-ash fine slime,low recovery rate of clean coal,etc..To solve those problems,the screw separator and striking arc screen are replaced by the TBS and 3-mass intelligent high-frequency fine screen respectively.After that,The dewatering and ash-removing efficiency of coarse coal slime are improved obviously.The production results show that the total moisture content of the coal slime that overflowing the screen reduce from 53.32%to 36.74%,and the quality of the clean coal product increase;The underflowing product content in the overflowing product decreases from 30.02%to 16.16%,and the overflowing product content in the underflowing decreases from 4.99%to 3.08%,the ash content over the sieve changes from 15.58%to 11.95%.The 3-mass intelligent high-frequency fine screen has certified the excellent performance by those indicators,such as a better screening efficiency,higher screening accuracy and obvious enhancement of dewatering and ash reduction efficiency.
