摘　　要：分析了新景公司选煤厂块煤车间洗选工艺存在的介耗高、精煤产品带矸量大、磁选机尾矿管路频繁堵塞等问题,针对这些问题采取了增加脱介筛喷水装置、更换介质管路、降低磁选机入料浓度、加强井下煤质管理等改进措施,有效降低了介耗和精煤带矸量,提高了选煤厂块煤车间洗选效率。This paper analyzes the problems existing in the washing process of the block coal workshop of Xinjing coal preparation plant,such as high intermixing consumption,large quantity of cleaned coal products and frequent clog in the tail mine pipeline of the magnetic separator.To solve these problems,some improvement measures have been taken,such as increasing the deintermixing screen water jet device,replacing the medium pipeline,reducing the feed concentration of the magnetic separator and strengthening the underground coal quality management,which have effectively reduced the intermixing consumption and cleaned coal waste.The washing efficiency of block coal workshop in coal preparation plant is improved.
