摘 要:分析探讨了红外分光光度法测定土壤中石油类含量不确定度的影响因素,并对其不确定度分量进行了评定,计算得到合成相对标准不确定度值为0.036,其中由待测液浓度引入的相对合成不确定度为0.033;最大的不确定度分量是标准曲线拟合引入的不确定度,分量值为0.029。测定土壤中石油类结果为57.3±4.12mg/kg;k=2(置信水平约为95%)。The factors affecting the uncertainty of determination of petroleum content in soil by infrared spectrophotometry were analyzed in this study.And the uncertainty components were also assessed.The value of synthesis relative uncertainty was 0.036,and the relative combined uncertainty caused by the digestion of the test fluid concentration was 0.033;the largest component of uncertainty was produced by fitting the standard curve and the value was 0.029.The measurement result was X=57.3±4.12mg/kg,(k=2)(95%confidence level).
