摘 要:建设高质量的工会“大学校”是适应教育改革与创新的必然选择,而高质量工会“大学校”的建设是一个复杂而系统的过程。本文基于复杂适应系统理论,以北京市总工会职工大学(北京市工会干部学院)为例,从发展定位、现实逻辑和实践遵循三个层面剖析其在高质量发展进程中进行的探索与实践。在此基础上,从工会“大学校”治理、协同发展框架搭建和教育机制优化三个维度提出未来工会“大学校”高质量发展的进路,以期为推动工会“大学校”高质量发展提供有益参考。Building a high-quality trade union"School for the Masses"is an inevitable choice to adapt to education reform and innovation,and the construction of a high-quality trade union"big school"is a complex and systematic process.Based on the theory of complex adaptive system,this paper analyzes the exploration and practice of Beijing Federation of Trade Unions Staff University(Beijing Trade Union Cadre College)in the process of high-quality development from the three dimensions of development orientation,realistic logic and practice.On this basis,it proposes the way forward for the future high-quality development of trade union"School for the Masses"from the three dimensions of the governance of trade union"School for the Masses",the construction of the framework for collaborative development and the optimization of educational mechanisms,with a view to providing useful references for the promotion of the high-quality development of trade union"School for the Masses"and the development of trade union"School for the Masses".In order to provide useful reference for promoting the high-quality development.
