劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神与高校教育的融合路径研究——基于社会学习理论的视角

摘  要:在高等教育中融入劳模精神、劳动精神和工匠精神可以从根本上塑造学生的社会责任感、职业道德和专业素养,具有深远意义。本文通过社会学习理论的视角,通过“榜样示范—互动环境—正向反馈”的机制,分析劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神在高校教学中的挑战,提出包括丰富课程思政内容、利用正向反馈激励学生、创建多样化的互动学习环境以及开发系统化教学资源的建议。通过这些举措,以期促进学生内化这些核心价值观,成长为具备高度责任感、追求卓越和坚守职业道德的新时代社会栋梁。Incorporating the spirit of model worker,labor spirit and craftsmanship into higher education can fundamentally shape students'sense of social responsibility,vocational ethics and professionalism,which has far-reaching significance.This paper analyzes the challenges of model spirit,labor spirit and craftsmanship in teaching in higher education through the mechanism of"role model demonstration-interactive environment-positive feedback"from the perspective of social learning theory,and puts forward a series of measures including enriching the contents of the curriculum,motivating students,creating diversified interactive learning environments,and creating a diversified interactive learning environment and a positive feedback system.They put forward suggestions including enriching the contents of the courses'ideology,using positive feedback to motivate students,creating a diversified interactive learning environment,and developing systematic teaching resources.Through these initiatives,it is hoped that students will internalize these core values and grow up to be the pillars of society in the new era with a high sense of responsibility,the pursuit of excellence and a strong work ethic.
