新时代省级媒体工会工作创新发展探讨——以北京广播电视台工会为例

摘　　要：中国工会是中国共产党领导的工人阶级群众组织,是党联系职工群众的桥梁和纽带。面对新时代新形势新任务新要求,省级广播电视台工会如何顺应新时代新形势带来的外部环境新变化,如何顺应媒体融合发展带来的新变革,如何通过加快自身改革创新更好地服务广电发展,值得深入研究探讨。本文以北京广播电视台工会为例,深入分析了省级广播电视台工会创新发展面临挑战,提出加快推进省级广播电视台工会创新发展的建议。The Chinese Trade Union is a mass organization of the working class under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,and is a bridge and a special belt between the Party and the masses of workers.In the face of the new situation and new requirements in the new era,it is worthwhile to study and explore in depth how the trade unions of provincial broadcasting stations can adapt to the new changes in the external environment brought about by the new situation in the new era,how to adapt to the new changes brought about by the development of media convergence,and how to better serve the development of broadcasting and television by accelerating their own reforms and innovations.This paper takes the trade union of Beijing Radio and Television Station as an example,analyzes in-depth the challenges faced by the trade union of provincial radio and television stations in terms of innovation and development,and puts forward the suggestions to accelerate the innovation and development of the trade union of provincial radio and television stations.
