摘 要:目的建立以对照药材为对照物质的定性和不依赖多种对照品定量的南、北五味子药材“质-量”双标控制方法。方法采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)技术,以对照药材为对照物质分别建立北五味子和南五味子特征图谱,将其与供试药材进行对比来辨别药材的真伪。采用“五味子甲素”作为基准物质对南、北五味子共有特征峰化学成分相对定量进行比较。结果北五味子中含有五味子醇甲与五味子乙素较多,南五味子中含有五味子酯甲较多。结论该方法能清晰、快速地判断药材的真伪优劣,也可以计算出各特征峰相对含量,并对南、北五味子区分鉴别,为南北五味子的质量控制提供参考。Objective To establish a"quality-quantity"double standard control method for Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and Schisandrae Sphenantherae Fructus by using reference medicinal materials as control substance and don′t independ on a variety of reference substances.Methods The characteristic chromatograms of Schisandrae Chinensi s Fructus and Schisandrae Sphenantherae Fructus were established by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with reference medicinal materials as reference substances,and it was compared with the tested traditional Chinese medicinal materials to identify the authenticity of the medicinal materials.Using"schisandrin A"as reference material,the relative quantitative comparison of the chemical components of the common characteristic peaks of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and Schisandrae Sphenantherae Fructus was carried out.Results Schisandrae Chinensi s Fructus contains more schisandrin and schisandrin B.Schisandrae Sphenantherae Fructus contains more schisantherin A.Conclusion The method can identify Schisandra chinensis clearly and quickly without many reference substances and the relative content of each characteristic peak can also be calculated.It also distinguishes the Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and Schisandrae Sphenantherae Fructus,and provides reference for the quality control of Schisandrae Chinensis Fructus and Schisandrae Sphenantherae Fructus.
