慢性胃炎木土关系的演变及其中西医论治

摘　　要：本文从木土之间的相克关系入手,根据“木”与“土”的病机演变过程,探讨慢性胃炎中木不疏土、木旺乘土、土虚木乘、土木失容的临床诊治思路与方法,重视兼夹症状,灵活应用经典方剂,弥补了单纯以证型辨证论治的缺陷,并发挥中西医协同治疗的优势与特色,希冀能为慢性胃炎的防治提供新的临床思路。Starting from the relationship between wood and soil,according to the pathogenesis evolution process of"wood"and"soil",this paper discussed the clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas and methods of wood without soil,wood with soil,wood with soil deficiency,and civil discapacity in chronic gastritis.It pays attention to the mixed symptoms,flexibly applies classical prescriptions,makes up for the defects of treating by syndrome differentiation and syndrome type alone,and gives full play to the advantages and characteristics of Chinese and western integrative treatment.Hope to provide a new clinical idea for the prevention and treatment of chronic gastritis.
