摘　　要：新质生产力是习近平总书记提出的全新原创概念,“新”“质”“力”共同构成了理解新质生产力内涵的三个维度,以新质生产力赋能农业高质量发展具有深厚价值意蕴。然而,新质生产力赋能农业高质量发展面临着科技赋能不足、人才支撑不够、制度保障不力三大困境,突出表现为农业技术创新滞缓、新质农业人才匮乏、农业体制不完善。为此,以新质生产力赋能农业高质量发展需加强创新驱动,提高农业科技水平;坚持以人为本,培育新质农业人才;深化体制改革,构建新型生产关系。在实践中培育和壮大发展新动能,助推我国农业可持续发展进程和现代化农业强国建设。New quality productive forces is a new original concept proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping."new","quality"and"force"together constitute the three dimensions of understanding the connotation of new quality productive forces,and the high-quality agricultural development with new quality productive forces has profound value implication.However,the high-quality development of agriculture enabled by new quality productivity is faced with three difficulties of insufficient scientific and technological empowerment,insufficient talent support and poor institutional guarantee,which are highlighted by the slow agricultural technology innovation,the lack of new quality agricultural talents and the imperfect agricultural system.To this end,to empower the high quality development of agriculture with new quality productivity needs to strengthen the innovation drive and improve the level of agricultural science and technology;adhere to the people-oriented and cultivate new quality agricultural talents;deepen the system reform and build the new relations of production;cultivate and strengthen the new development momentum in practice,and boost the process of agricultural sustainable development and the construction of modern agricultural power.
