一例柯基犬胃肠道异物的诊断与治疗

摘　　要：异物被犬误吞,并在胃肠道滞留可造成胃排空困难和肠道部分或完全梗阻,严重的情况下危及生命。接诊的柯基犬呕吐、食欲不振、精神萎靡,经临床检查、X射线检查、血常规检查、生化检查、B超检查等,确诊为胃肠道异物。通过手术取出了病犬的胃肠道异物,经治疗和术后护理,预后良好。通过本病例的诊疗以期为类似临床病例提供参考和思路。Dogs swallow foreign bodies by mistake,resulting in foreign body retention in the gastrointestinal tract,resulting in difficulty in gastric emptying and partial or complete obstruction of the intestines,which is life-threatening in severe cases.Through general examination,X-ray examination,blood examination,biochemical examination,B-ultrasound examination,etc.,the corgi dogs were diagnosed as gastrointestinal foreign bodies.The sick dogs mainly showed vomiting,anorexia,and mental depression.After surgical treatment and postoperative care,the gastrointestinal foreign body of the sick dog was removed,and the prognosis was good.Through the diagnosis and treatment of this case,we hope to provide reference and ideas for similarclinical cases.
