摘　　要：随着生成式人工智能技术的迅猛发展,以ChatGPT为代表的技术在教育领域得到了广泛关注。然而,ChatGPT等技术的介入为高校思想政治教育工作带来了新的挑战与机遇。本文通过探讨ChatGPT的技术内涵、对高校思想政治工作的影响及应对路径,分析辅导员在思政工作中如何有效应对这些技术变革,实现思想政治教育的创新发展。With the rapid development of generative artificial intelligence technology,technologies represented by ChatGPT have received extensive attention in the field of education.However,the intervention of technologies such as ChatGPT has brought new challenges and opportunities to ideological and political education in colleges and universities.This article analyzes how counselors can effectively respond to these technological changes and achieve innovative development of ideological and political education in ideological and political work by discussing the technical connotations of ChatGPT,its impact on ideological and political work in colleges and universities,and response paths.
