摘　　要：文中通过构建适合贵州省农产品上行及日常消费品下行的服务质量指标体系,运用实证分析方法,结合层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法(FCE),建立贵州省农产品上行及日常消费品下行过程中农村物流快递服务质量评价模型,并通过实地调研验证模型的有效性和可行性。Through constructing a service quality index system which is suitable for upward movement of agricultural products and downward movement of daily goods in Guizhou province,using the empirical analysis method,and combining analytical hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(FCE)method,this paper builds a rural logistics express service quality evaluation model in the process of upward movement of agricultural products and downward movement of daily goods in Guizhou province,and verifies the validity and feasibility of the model through field research.
