中老铁路通车背景下云南跨境运输发展现状与对策研究

摘　　要：云南被国家赋予建成面向南亚东南亚辐射中心的任务,中老铁路的通车使云南“辐射中心”驶入快车道,但云南目前在中老铁路上的受益并未得到充分体现。在国内国际双循环的新经济格局下,挖掘中老铁路国际联运潜能是当下重点研究的问题。通过分析中老铁路通车背景下云南跨境贸易现状、跨境运输现状,指出云南跨境运输面临的挑战,提出云南跨境运输发展对策,为云南依托中老铁路促成云南跨境运输高质量发展提供参考,为云南打造互联互通国际运输通道提供思路。Yunnan has been entrusted with the mission of establishing a radiation center for South Asia and Southeast Asia by the country.The launch of the China-Laos Railway has accelerated Yunnan get on a fast track“radiation center”,yet the full extent of Yunnan's benefits from the railway project has not been realized.Under the new economic pattern of domestic and international double circulation,it is a key research issue to tap the potential of China-Laos railway international combined transport.By analyzing the current situation of cross-border trade and cross-border transportation in Yunnan Province under the background of the opening of the China-Laos Railway,this paper points out the challenges faced by Yunnan's cross-border transportation,and proposes development countermeasure for Yunnan's cross-border transportation,this provides a reference for Yunnan to promote the high-quality development of its cross-border transportation relying on the China-Laos Railway,and provides ideas for Yunnan to build an interconnected international transportation corridor.
