摘 要:巷道围岩稳定是矿山安全开采的根本保障。文章以云南某矿深部巷道为研究对象,对联合支护中二次支护时机及参数优化进行了研究。支护方法和破坏模式研究表明,在深部开采高地应力作用下,巷道围岩表现出明显的流变现象。结合围岩蠕变试验,分析了巷道径向位移变化规律,确定了二次支护时机。通过分析喷射混凝土厚度、锚杆长度、锚杆排距和锚杆直径对支护效果的影响,采用数值模拟和正交试验的方法,从顶板下沉、底鼓位移、两帮位移和塑性区四个方面对支护参数进行优化。提出的二次支护时机及联合参数可为类似地层巷道支护提供参考。The stability of roadway surrounding rock is the fundamental guarantee for safe mining.This paper takes the deep roadway of a mine in Yunnan as the research object,and studies the timing and parameter optimization of secondary support in combined support.The research on support method and failure mode shows that the surrounding rock of roadway shows obvious rheological phenomenon under the action of high ground stress in deep mining.Combined with the creep test of surrounding rock,the variation law of radial displacement of roadway is analyzed,and the timing of secondary support is determined.By analyzing the influence of shotcrete thickness,bolt length,bolt row spacing and bolt diameter on the supporting effect,the numerical simulation and orthogonal test methods are used to optimize the supporting parameters from four aspects:roof subsidence,floor heave displacement,two-side displacement,and plastic zone.The proposed secondary support timing and combined parameters can provide reference for roadway support in similar strata.
