摘  要:由于现阶段研究瓦斯爆炸气体时主要分析CH_(4)和空气的混合气体,但是矿井发生瓦斯爆炸时不仅仅只有CH_(4)参与爆炸,爆炸气体内经常含有CO等气体,影响着瓦斯爆炸反应。为了分析CO如何影响瓦斯爆炸,通过利用20 L球形爆炸罐测定CH_(4)和CO混合气体的爆炸压力,实验结果表明:混合气体的最大爆炸压力伴随CO体积分数不断升高时先升高后下降,当CO体积分数达到2%时,最大爆炸压力达到峰值,为625.1 kPa.在9.5%CH_(4)的爆炸混合气体中,CO作为燃料不断和O_(2)发生反应,而且加入CH_(4)和O_(2)的链式反应。注入CO量少时,CO基本都作为燃料,促进反应物质浓度达到化学计量值,有利于提高最大爆炸压力;伴随CO体积分数不断升高,整个反应发生贫氧现象,同时因高浓度CO抑制了CH_(4)的链式反应,降低了最大爆炸压力。At present,the study of gas explosion mainly analyzes the mixture of methane and air.However,when gas explosion occurs in coal mine,not only methane gas is involved in the explosion,but the explosion gas often contains carbon monoxide gas and other gases,which affects the gas explosion reaction.In order to analyze how carbon monoxide gas affects gas explosion,20 L spherical explosion tank is used to determine the explosion pressure of methane and carbon monoxide mixed gas.The experimental results are as follows:the maximum explosion pressure of mixed gas increases first and then decreases when the concentration of carbon monoxide gas increases continuously.When the concentration of carbon monoxide reaches_(2)%,the maximum explosion pressure reaches the peak and the maximum explosion pressure is 625.1 kPa.In the explosive mixture of 9.5%methane,carbon monoxide continuously reacts with oxygen as a fuel,and a chain reaction between methane and oxygen is added.When the amount of carbon monoxide gas injected is small,carbon monoxide gas is basically used as fuel,promoting the concentration of the reaction substance to reach the stoichiometric value,which is conducive to increasing the maximum explosion pressure.With the continuous increase of carbon monoxide concentration,oxygen depletion occurs in the whole reaction,and the high concentration of carbon monoxide gas inhibits the chain reaction of methane,reducing the maximum explosion pressure.
